Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

By using our site, you agree that the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Nollydata. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Nollydata Service, or any products or services sold or distributed by Nollydata or through the Nollydata Services will be resolved by binding arbitration which will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 which are applicable at the time of reference to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and the appointing authority shall be the current Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Nigeria Branch. The place of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria and the language of the arbitration / proceedings shall be English Language. The cost of arbitration proceedings shall be borne by the Parties in dispute as determined by the Arbitrators
