of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 which are applicable at the time of reference to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and the appointing authority shall
be the current Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Nigeria Branch. The place of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria and the language of the arbitration / proceedings shall be English Language. The cost of arbitration proceedings
shall be borne by the Parties in dispute as determined by the Arbitrators
